• Texas Ear, Nose and Throat Specialists is pleased to announce that we will be offering allergy injections in select locations starting April 27, 2020.

To ensure that we can serve all of our allergy patients safely and respect the social distancing guidelines mandated by state and local authorities, patients will need to request an hour window on a certain day when they will be coming to the office for their injection. We will not accept walk-ins. Please use the form below to make your request. We will do our utmost to accommodate your first request whenever possible.

All patients will be required to wear a mask, bandana or scarf over their nose and mouth at all times while in the office. If you do not have a mask to wear, we will have a limited number of cloth washable, reusable masks for sale in the office. We will not provide medical grade masks for patients as we must reserve those for our physicians and staff who may be caring for COVID positive patients.

If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms- fever, runny nose, cough, loss of smell or taste, or diarrhea, you will not be able to get an injection. We urge you to stay safe and stay home if you are symptomatic so as to protect others.

While in the office you will be assigned to a room or a designated seat in the waiting room where you will need to remain for the duration of your visit.

Adult patients must come alone into the office. Minors may be accompanied by one parent or guardian. Do not bring minor children who are not receiving an injection to the office.

You may request that your vials be transferred to any office that is open to receive your injections.

    • Many hospital campuses are requiring all patients, visitors and staff to undergo a screening process prior to accessing the building. Our offices that require pre-screening are noted on the listing.

It is possible that your vial(s) have expired or will need to be transferred prior to your first injection. If this is the case, you will receive an email will instructions and a date when you can anticipate your injections can start.

  • IMPORTANT NOTE: DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, EMAIL THE PATIENT USING THE EMAIL ADDRESS PROVIDED BELOW. DOING SO VIOLATES TEXAS ENT SPECIALISTS POLICIES AND IS A DIRECT HIPAA VIOLATION. USE THE INTRANET APPOINTMENT TEMPLATE FOR COMMUNICATION TO THE PATIENT.

  • Date Format: MM slash DD slash YYYY
  • Thank you for your submission. You will receive a confirmation of your appointment day and time window or additional instructions by email shortly.
