While we have some staff members who speak different languages we do not offer interpreter services in our office. We encourage you to bring a friend or family member who can translate for you. We do provide interpreting services for our deaf patients. Please contact the office for more information.

Please bring your driver’s license, insurance card and current list of medications you are taking.  If you have any imaging reports please bring those as well.

It is important for you to maintain the relationship with your provider and so we do not “switch” physicians. Many office offer Physician Assistants that are able to see certain types of appointments.

We know this can be confusing because of the different “codes” used. Unfortunately we do not make those decisions; there are regulations in place for this. Please contact our Central Business Office for any billing questions or concerns.

We take most of the major payors. There are some plans that we do not accept so please ask the office representative when you make your appointment.

We offer a self-pay discount for all patients without insurance. The discount depends on what procedures are completed during your exam. Please contact our Central Business Office for any billing questions or concerns.

No we do not. If you are looking for flu shots you should contact your primary care doctor or visit your local pharmacy.
