He earned his Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, TN, and holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Chemistry from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN.
An active member of the medical community, Dr. Haynes is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery and the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. He has also been actively involved in medical research with contributions to multiple original publications in the specialty, book chapters, and presentations at numerous regional and national conferences.
Outside of his professional life, Dr. Haynes enjoys travel, cooking, reading, running, mission work, soccer, hiking, and various outdoor activities, reflecting his love for exploration and adventure.
