Provider Biography

Dr. Michael P. Castillo attended Rice University where he earned his degree in biochemistry. He then went on to attend medical school at the University of Texas Southwestern School of Medicine in Dallas.

Upon graduation, he was selected to join the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. He stayed at UT Southwestern to complete his internship and residency in Otolaryngology.

Dr. Castillo is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery and is committed to practicing the most up-to-date medicine to provide the best care for his patients. He enjoys communicating with his patients to discover a treatment plan unique to that individual.

When he’s not practicing medicine, Dr. Castillo enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys. He has a multitude of interests including biking, jogging, cooking, and travel.
