Dr. Jaecel Shah is a Central Texas native and is privileged to be providing high-quality care to Texans on a daily basis. He enjoys immersing himself in the community he cares for and could not imagine practicing medicine anywhere else. Dr. Shah enjoys treating patients of all ages, including pediatrics. His clinical interests include sinus disorders/surgery, thyroid, and parathyroid surgery, pediatric otolaryngology, and endoscopic ear surgery.

Dr. Shah earned his Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Sciences from Rice University. He then completed his medical degree at the University of Texas Medical School at Houston. In medical school, he founded the UT Houston Mentors Program that mentored children at local Houston schools.

He continued his residency training in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. During residency, he also received surgical training at MD Anderson Cancer Center. Dr. Shah was awarded Resident of the Year twice during his residency training.

When he’s not caring for patients, Dr. Shah enjoys cooking, healthy living, traveling, and playing sports, with his favorite being basketball. He lives in The Woodlands with his wife, daughter, and two dogs.

Dr. Shah sees patients at Conroe and Springwoods.
