James Grant, MD
Dr. James Grant received a bachelor of arts from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. He came to the Gulf Coast to attend medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. He stayed at UTMB to fulfill his internship and residency in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery during which he received a number of awards. Dr. Grant devotes his efforts in medicine to providing a personalized treatment plan for each patient. His goal is to help every patient to feel like they have received the best medical care in the most caring environment possible.
Dr. Grant is a Diplomate for the American Board of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery.
Dr. Grant chose to practice on the Texas Gulf Coast as he established deep roots here while completing his medical training. He is active in many civic organizations and events on Galveston Island where he makes his home. An avid outdoorsman, Dr Grant supports conservation efforts and is a member of Ducks Unlimited. He is the proud and active father of two young daughters.
