From listening to friends and loved ones speak to hearing music and the sounds of the city, our hearing plays an essential role in connecting us to the world. Unfortunately, due to age, underlying medical conditions, or injuries, an individual may begin to experience hearing loss. Because this often starts gradually, it’s important to have your ears examined at the first sign of hearing loss. Hearing Aid Specialists of Texas brings together a network of world-class audiologists to help patients improve their hearing.

Our Services

Our hearing services start with testing and include a wide variety of treatment options. This includes surgical procedures, hearing aids, and cochlear implants.

Hearing Testing

A hearing evaluation can be performed when you first notice signs of hearing loss. Our licensed audiologists will administer a diagnostic evaluation to determine the degree of your hearing. In collaboration with your ENT physician, the hearing evaluation is the first step in the diagnosis of ear and hearing conditions.

Hearing Aids

Hearing aids are some of the most common treatments for hearing loss. These devices are worn around or inside the ears to amplify the sounds around you. We offer the latest and most advanced models in hearing aids, which are designed to be as discreet as possible. Hearing aids can easily be adjusted to give you complete control over the sounds you choose to hear, and how you hear them.

Our Hearing Aid Process

Our Audiologists will work with you to ensure that you understand how to use your new hearing aids, as well as how to connect with your smartphone. We will take the time to understand your hearing challenges and use that information in combination with your hearing exam to fine tune your hearing device settings so that you get the most out of your hearing aids. That is our promise to you.

Surgical Procedures to Repair Hearing

For some patients, hearing loss can be caused by structural issues inside of the ear. These issues could have been present since birth, or could be due to an impact or injury to the ear. Our surgeons can repair the small bones within the ear or the eardrum using the latest surgical techniques. No matter the issue, our surgeons can help correct it. Most patients have felt an improvement in their hearing 3-5 weeks after surgery and continue to see gradual results.

Cochlear Implants

Cochlear implants are unique devices that help people with severe to profound hearing loss on both sides to hear better. These devices include a surgically placed implant that connects to an earpiece. Cochlear implants can help make sounds louder and clearer to patients with more significant hearing loss.
